Is DinoPark associated with the Belgorod Zoo?

Yes. Visitors can choose to see only DinoPark, only the Zoo, or both attractions together. The passage between the Zoo and DinoPark is at the scene of the two Tyrannosaurs and near the children’s playground at the Zoo.

Is DinoPark suitable for small children?

Absolutely! It is possible that a small child looking at Tyrannosaurus showing its teeth will feel a little scared, but it certainly will not be anything terrible… We have prepared a playground with many attractions and other models expect from carnivores for small children.

Does a school trip have to order a particular time to get in?

No. DinoPark has sufficient space, just come during opening hours.

Is DinoPark wheelchair accessible?

Yes. You should, however, note that you will be moving around in a natural environment. Some paths are difficult to access.

How much does the car park and toilet cost?

Nothing. In Dinopark, there are no hidden fees.

Is photography and filming allowed in Dinopark?

Yes, unrestricted for personal use. The commercial use of photos and videos requires the written consent of the operator.

Is touching the displayed exhibits allowed?

Touching most of the displayed exhibits is impossible. Of course, there are some selected models in Dinopark where this is possible.

Absolutely! It is possible that small children will be afraid a bit of a giant Tyrannosaurus, but it’s certainly nothing really terrible… A playground with many attractions and also other models than carnivorous dinosaurs (Maiasaura with youngs in the nest etc.) are ideal for small children.

Are dogs allowed to the DinoPark?

Yes. Just remember that there are many other visitors and you should keep the rules for dogs in public (a leash, a muzzle, cleaning after your dog). You should also consider that you will be transported to DinoPark by DinoExpres from ZOO.

How to pay for parking and toilets?

24-hour parking at the main entrance to the ZOO (Cukrovarská street in the center of Vyškov – see the GPS coordinates in the link „How to get to DinoPark“) costs 50 CZK. Toilets are free of charge.

Why is it called DinoPark Ostrava when it is not in Ostrava?

DinoPark is a distinctive touristic attraction, so the visitors come from faraway places where they do not know the name of the village Doubrava where the park is situated. That is why we chose the name of a natural center in the North Moravia. We don’t say anywhere that our park is located in Ostrava, we just call it DinoPark Ostrava. And in the section HOW TO GET TO DINOPARK it is described in details how to get to the park. Disneyland Paris isn’t called Disneyland Magny-le-Hongre either, even if it is located there and not in Paris.

Parking for visitors of DinoPark is the underground NG Plaza Liberec (maximum ground clearance of the vehicle 2,1m). The first hour of parking is free + other 4 hours with parking ticket from DinoPark confirmed. Parking on weekends and holidays is free.

What about parking of cars with LPG in NG Plaza?

Unfortunately, the cars with LPG and CNG are not allowed to park in the underground garages.
